Listening is an Act of Intent!

Listening is an act of intent!

I know there are endless pressures competing for your attention. I invite you to think about the power to: Create space/time for listening, whether to yourself, another or the totality.

Choose to find moments of listening in your day, when your attention is attuned.

Use your breath to shift your awareness. It is simple and almost eternal: Slower, Deeper!

Create space/time for listening, whether to yourself, another or the totality.

Even a few seconds can be invaluable, where you stop running on auto-pilot connecting thoughts you already have connected and intentionally allow the attention to open to, to wander over, new possibilities, creating new neural connections, new realms of creativity.

Create space/time for listening.

I know there are endless pressures competing for your attention.

Still, if you don’t do it  . . . , who will?

You hear things. That just happens.

Listening is an act of intent!
